Senior Finance Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial insights and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Conduct variance analysis and highlight risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and corporate governance.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities as required.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business heads, operations, and sales teams to evaluate financial performance.
  • Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Provide financial modeling for new business opportunities, M&A, or expansions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
