  • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain transparency and accountability.

Procurement & Cost Control:

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.

Systems & Process Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes to reduce administrative burdens.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates should possess a CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA qualification, with 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, and Tally/SAP is essential. Additionally, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
