Job Description

We are seeking a skilled performance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital services and consulting team, you will play a crucial role in enabling clients to navigate their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements.
  • Derive NFR based stats on the basis of discussion with Business & Architects.
  • Knowledge on scenario creation for basic types (Peak , Soak , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing.
  • Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools.
  • Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & able to understand end points /payloads etc.
  • Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of test carried out & their results.
  • Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions that consist of web, client, and mobile technologies to ensure they meet desired performance standards under specified user loads.
  • Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology is preferred.

Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning is also desirable.

Experience in Banking domain would be beneficial.

Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics would be a plus.
