Key Responsibilities:

Our team relies on your expertise in performance optimization to drive business success.

  • Develop and implement site-level master plans for Malt, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall departments.

  • As part of the leadership team, set objectives and priorities and lead change management processes for the department.

  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the supply chain by coordinating all departments to work together in process deployment.

  • Lead and support departments in implementing best practices to meet their broad plans.

  • Coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through optimized processes.

People Development

  • Demonstrate leadership to develop team capabilities.

  • Ensure effective implementation of training & development programs by aligning site/line management.

  • Coordinate evaluation programs to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Diageo's capability program.

Process Improvement

  • Provide expert coaching to operational teams on loss & waste reduction.

  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.

  • Develop initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.

  • Engage with daily operations meetings to provide expert analysis of performance opportunities.

  • Assess and improve practice maturity by developing a strategy for site-wide improvement and conducting regular assessments.

Communication

  • Implement communication strategies to drive engagement and momentum.

  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of optimized processes.

  • Define and establish the site leadership team's schedule to support process deployment.
