Senior Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Specialist to play a key role in our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with expertise in designing and developing comprehensive performance testing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for supporting cloud-based technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor server metrics using advanced performance monitoring tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation efficiency.
  • Innovate and implement solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and solution designs to identify feasible transactions.
  • Implement best performance test practices and standards as part of enterprise solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Experience with OpenText LoadRunner, Jmeter, APM tools, and CI/CD tools.
  • Proven expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
