Job Title: High-Performing Test Lead Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced test lead specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading performance testing efforts and ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams of performance testers and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies that align with business objectives and ensure our applications meet performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and product management teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • 7+ Years of Experience in Performance Testing: You must have at least 7 years of experience in performance testing and quality assurance.
  • 3+ Years of Leadership Experience: You must have at least 3 years of leadership experience managing QA teams and projects.
  • 4+ Years of Hands-on Experience with JMeter: You must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with JMeter.
  • 2+ Years of JavaScript Programming Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience in JavaScript programming.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AI Tools: Experience with AI tools in testing or performance analysis is highly preferred.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
