Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving pricing and packaging strategies to fuel business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.

Key responsibilities include leading pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points, determining optimal price points using structured experimentation and data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the pricing roadmap, and conducting market research to inform pricing strategies.

  • Develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead pricing and packaging experiments to optimize price points and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the pricing roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • A strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
