Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Overview:

A Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site. They work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring alignment with project plans specifications and quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards as well as any regulatory requirements.

3. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.

4. Resource Optimization: Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and project managers to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

5. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance resolve engineering issues and make decisions related to construction methods materials and techniques.

6. Site Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including daily progress reports site diaries and change orders.

7. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.

8. Client Engagement: Keep clients informed about project progress address their concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

9. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality safety and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
