Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to oversee site activities, ensuring high-quality and safe work execution.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of daily site operations to guarantee compliance with technical standards and quality criteria.
  • Effective coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for seamless project delivery.
  • Resource management, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to achieve efficient project completion.
  • Maintenance of timely project milestones in line with scheduled deadlines.
  • Accurate documentation of site records, encompassing daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurements.
  • Support in creating bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Quality control checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing works.
  • Compliance with national codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Resolution of technical site issues with project managers and consultants.
  • Clear communication with the project team, clients, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in construction methodologies and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (desired).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
