Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our project management initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information. You will break down complex projects into manageable tasks, set timeframes, and ensure timely completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break down projects into actionable steps and establish deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management.
