Lead Finishing Specialist Position Overview

As a seasoned lead finishing specialist, you will oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a lead or management position.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
