Project Portfolio Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project portfolio management specialist to implement and configure a leading Enterprise Project Performance platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPM project controls, with at least 6 years of experience in configuring and administering EcoSys.

The successful candidate will lead the configuration of portfolios, projects, and contracts modules, as well as design cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates. They will also establish baselines, progress capture EACEVM calculations, variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs, and orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Configuring EcoSys portfolios, projects, and contracts modules
  • Designing cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates
  • Establishing baselines, progress capture EACEVM calculations, variance analysis dashboards
  • Implementing standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs
  • Orchestrating integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 6-10 years of experience in PPM project controls
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in EcoSys configuration and administration
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS, or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings
  • Reporting skills in EcoSys native plus Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery Scrum SAFe
