Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, as well as providing support to project managers in bid and proposal preparation.

The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry. They will also have expertise in using Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Scheduling: Develops and updates project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  • Bid and Proposal Support: Assists project managers in preparing bids and proposals, including budget and schedule preparation.
  • Data Integrity and Analysis: Conducts data integrity checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of schedule reporting.
  • Change Management: Identifies, assesses, and reports on impacts of changes to baseline plans and new forecasted dates.
  • Meeting and Reporting: Attends meetings, prepares agenda items, takes meeting minutes, and tracks follow-up actions.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Supports project managers in monitoring and controlling the portfolio of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: More than five years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry.
  • Education: University Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Software Skills: Expert in using Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task, work on several projects or tasks at once, manage time, organize, and set priorities.
