Job Description

As a project coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating specific activities.

  • Track and collect service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, and project level critical data tracking for team members and project status reporting.
  • Collect data from the team, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy, collecting information from various tools to update the project's records, project plans, maintaining document control for the program, and tracking competency development of the team.
  • Support the analysis of risks and maintain the risk log, as well as the project change management process.
  • Publish reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organize meetings and track action items to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
