Project Coordinators are essential professionals who facilitate the smooth execution of interior projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review detailed project estimates, quotes, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and update project documentation, including design changes and client communications.
  • Coordinate client approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and records for easy access.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to settle post-project accounts in a timely manner.
  • Analyze project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in finalizing project billing and account closure procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and executives as needed.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
