Project Management Professional

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include setting project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms; conducting contract familiarization; reviewing and inputting on construction schedules; and coordinating engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering.

  • Set project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms for large-scale developments.
  • Conduct contract familiarization and attend kickoff/concept meetings.
  • Review and input on construction schedules and develop site infrastructure requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering and estimate costs.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability studies, and provide construction-related inputs.
  • Oversee billing schedules, progress reviews, contractor bill processing, and subcontracts closeout.
  • Resolve technical and contractual site queries and manage documentation for claims/escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expert coordination of cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 25 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality assurance for construction projects.
