Strategic Project Lead

We seek a detail-oriented project leader to oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects. As a key team member, you will collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Web Management: Assist in managing and maintaining website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Schedule Management: Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • SEO Strategies: Work with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality content with efficient turnaround times on website changes.
  • Brand Monitoring: Continuously monitor the website, aligning with brand strategy.
  • Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and analyze data on website performance.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with the project lead to ensure project objectives are met and project deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
