Senior Planning Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Planning Manager to lead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.

  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved frameworks.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts.
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality assurance, and time management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases.
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans.
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts and strategic objectives.
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution.
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
