Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project initiatives.
This is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
- Experience in Loyalty industry is a MUST
- Experience of minimum 3 years as project manager for a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Business Analysis (BA) Services:
Develop comprehensive product documents, including requirement specifications, user manuals, and technical guides
Presentations and Sales Support: Create impactful presentations for stakeholders and clients, and assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical expertise
Requirement Gathering and Elicitation: Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business and technical requirements
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT processes by coordinating with end-users to validate the product against business requirements and user needs
User Testing (UT) Coordination: Oversee user testing efforts to ensure the product delivers a seamless user experience
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate clear and effective communication
Product Roadmapping: Collaborate on the development of strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market demands
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market studies to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development
Sales Support Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge, address client inquiries, and support pre-sales activities
Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with QA teams to ensure product quality, including leading efforts in User Testing (UT) and overseeing UAT processes
Project Management Services:
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution and keep all stakeholders informed
Allocate and manage resources effectively, working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they arise
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback
Work closely with tech delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation
Apply Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban to enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration within the project team
Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications
Lead and motivate project teams by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement for future initiatives
Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management
