P&C Business Analyst Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and collaborating with product architects, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to design and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with customers to ensure we understand their business objectives and pain points.
  • Create test plans and test automation scripts to validate our solutions and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct demos and perform end-to-end proof-of-concepts for specific clients to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Work closely with various teams, including experts and SMEs from product and delivery teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Analysis expertise, with a strong understanding of insurance industry requirements.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements, as well as design and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in various markets, including Property and Casualty (PnC) and General Insurance.
