Job Description

As an insurance expert in the Property & Casualty (P&C) General Insurance line of business, you will develop and drive large and/or complex business solutions to meet customer requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-depth solutions based on specific customer business needs, considering solution fitment, functional coverage, and the technical architecture of the product.

">Responsibilities
  • Business Solution Development: You will engage in developing and driving large and/or complex business solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: You will understand customer requirements and collaborate with product architects/SMEs and delivery teams in designing and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Insurance Product Design & Configuration: You will engage in insurance product design, development, and configuration of rules.
  • Testing & Automation: You will develop test strategies, create test plans, and support test automation efforts.
  • Demos & POCs: You will conduct demos and perform end-to-end Proofs of Concept (POCs) for specific clients based on DXC's Intellectual Property, working with and coordinating various teams, including experts and SMEs from product and delivery teams.
  • Knowledge Management & Mentoring: You will contribute to knowledge management and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Communication & Leadership: You will utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. You will listen to clients effectively and articulate solutions for product development. You will lead and coordinate with developers, other architects, and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: You will work with peers in planning and coordination of work activities.
