Job Opportunity:

  • Provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and remote teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Proficiency in user interface design and user experience best practices.
