Were Hiring: Digital Adoption Specialist

Job Location: Noida, U.P. (India)

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Adoption Specialist to lead and support the successful adoption of digital tools, platforms, and systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure employees understand, embrace, and maximize the use of digital technologies, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and user experience

Key Responsibilities

Drive adoption of new and existing digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, CRM, ERP, HRIS, collaboration platforms). Develop and execute digital adoption strategies and communication plans.

Conduct user research to understand pain points and usage patterns. Design and deliver training materials, user guides, and video tutorials.

Act as a liaison between end-users and product/IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Monitor usage analytics and adoption KPIs; generate and present reports.

Gather and relay user feedback to continuously improve tools and processes.

Lead change management efforts in collaboration with HR, IT, and business units. Support automation and self-service initiatives across departments.

Stay updated on digital trends and tools relevant to enterprise environments.

Qualification bachelors degree in business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital adoption, digital transformation, training, or change management roles.

Certification in Change Management or Digital Adoption Platforms is desirable
