We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist- content with expertise in content creation, SEO optimization, and social media management for a B2B environment.

You will develop high-quality content, optimize our online presence, and manage digital platforms to engage decision-makers, drive lead generation, and strengthen brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

- Develop engaging and informative B2B content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create technically accurate and valuable content for targeted audiences.

- Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures, newsletters, email templates, and sales enablement materials.

- Edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with brand tone and messaging.

SEO Optimization:

- Perform keyword research to guide content strategy and boost search rankings.

- Optimize web content for SEO, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and on-page SEO best practices.

- Conduct regular SEO audits and track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

- Work with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements when needed.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute a B2B-focused social media strategy with an emphasis on LinkedIn and Twitter.

- Create, schedule, and manage posts to boost engagement and reach key decision-makers.

- Monitor social media analytics and report on performance (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR).

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct communications.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Knowledge of various industries; IT service industry preferred.

- 1-year experience in content creation, SEO, and social media management.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft professional B2B content.

- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO practices.

- Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).

- Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.

- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.
