Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand building campaigns to increase awareness and engagement through targeted digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competition and provide data-driven insights for campaign improvement by analyzing market trends and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience on digital platforms.
  • Manage social media presence by designing, building, and maintaining engaging content calendars that drive brand awareness.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals, ROI, and KPIs to inform future strategy decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospects, trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior patterns.
  • Perform SWOT analysis to strengthen branding and marketing initiatives by identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field such as business administration or communications.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry, with a focus on SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute complex digital marketing projects.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates and enhance customer experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments to measure the impact of digital marketing strategies on business outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
