Senior Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high degree of expertise and experience in managing business units, teams, and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement under this role.
  • Managing claim personnel includes hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload, coaching, and motivating to improve the quality and quantity of work performed.
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives, driving strategy for the assigned portfolio, providing regular status updates, and tracking key performance indicators/metrics related to project tasks.
  • Driving transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking to make processes more efficient and effective.
  • Effectively engaging with customers to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivering goals, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team.
  • Aligning to customer goals and delivering on commitments consistently.
  • Forecasting risks, being proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans.
  • Building impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing book of business, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill.
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams.
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
