Ecommerce Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our ecommerce operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for driving business growth, focusing on digital channels and marketplaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management, forecasting demand, and product development.
• Drive 360° marketing initiatives, allocating resources for optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Establish data-driven pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including cohort analysis and repeat rates.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize landed costs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of a high-performing team across growth, operations, customer success, retail, and trade functions.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, leveraging voice-of-customer insights to inform product updates and customer experience enhancements.
• Pursue strategic partnerships to amplify reach, ensuring alignment with brand ethos and values.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including cosmetics claims, import duties, and GDPR-like mandates.
• Present quarterly business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting successes, risks, and future opportunities.
