E-commerce Business Director

The role of a lead e-commerce professional involves overseeing the entire e-commerce business, including both owned website and marketplaces. This entails creating and implementing an e-commerce strategy that drives sales growth, enhances brand visibility, and optimizes product listings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing an e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility
- Managing product listings, SEO, keywords, offers, promotions, and data security
- Training, guiding, and monitoring team performance using CRM tools
- Coordinating with developers/partners to enhance website features and user experience
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics
Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct competitor analysis, focusing on pricing strategies, offers, and campaigns. A strong analytical mindset with a focus on sales profitability is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces, SEO, analytics, and CRM tools
