E-commerce Development Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through interaction with e-commerce websites, building and growing kitchen & dining categories, creating business/marketing plans, participating in website promotions, managing brands portfolios, leading teams of 3+, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and data analysis.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business/marketing plans for e-commerce websites to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and maximize brand value.
- Manage and grow kitchen & dining categories on e-commerce platforms to increase market share.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions, optimize sales strategies, and measure performance.
- Lead high-performing teams of 3+ to achieve sales goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce development, preferably with a focus on kitchen & dining categories.
- Strong knowledge of home & kitchenware category, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
