Job Title: Sales Executive - Business Development

Hero Motocorp is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and development in the Harley Davidson Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business results.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Harley Davidson Business Unit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
