Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pipeline growth and revenue attainment through the generation of sales accepted leads.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales accepted leads for the sales team and schedule phone-based meetings with prospects.
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning Company services.
- Persuade right party contacts for phone meetings with the sales representative.
- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future.
