About the Role:
At Alitudine Planning Solutions Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector using research, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, social events, and tailored marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
Conversion and Agreement Signing:
- Convert leads into active clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales within the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
