Performance Campaigner

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind client campaigns across various platforms.
You'll be responsible for achieving ROAS, growing client brands, retaining them with exceptional service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills — ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
- Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
- A high-ownership mindset — initiative and results-driven.
- Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
