We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for creating and managing orders in our SAP system, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

In addition, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Skill Requirements:

  • Creation and Follow-through of Equipment, Media, Consumables Orders in SAP
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
