Order Management and Billing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Order Management and Billing Analyst II to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring seamless order processing and billing activities for our clients.

The role involves coordinating order processing and billing activities for Order Management contracts, supervising the Customer Advocate Team, and maintaining equipment databases.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Invoicing, covering invoice preferences and validation of revenue recognition criteria.
  2. Reconciliation and reporting, including monthly verification of revenue data and providing corrections and clarifications of reported results.
  3. Archiving and record retention in accordance with NCR Voyix policies and practices.
  4. Providing internal and external audit support as requested.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management and Billing, preferably within a global or multinational company.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate well with all involved parties at different levels of the process.
  • Dedication, strong sense of accountability, and high sense of urgency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outsourced exposure or experience.
  • Global/multi-Country experience strongly preferred.
