Order Management Specialist Job Description

The Role of an Order Management Specialist involves providing exceptional order fulfillment and account management services to a global market.

  • Process customer purchase orders through Salesforce and SAP, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Rapidly retrieve and process orders from partner portals, maintaining seamless communication with key departments.
  • Verify pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices, exercising discretion when necessary.
  • Ensure product availability and coordinate with Purchasing to determine lead times when supplies are scarce.
  • Prioritize product allocations when supply is limited, consistently reviewing backlogs to ensure compliance with company booking policies.
  • Provide inside sales support, interfacing with Customer Master Data, Credit, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams.
  • Efficiently process customer returns and credit note requests, responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times.
Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Global Shared Services Centre in Noida, India, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality order management services that meet customer expectations.

Requirements
