Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance team efficiency.
  • Create custom automations, workflows, and reports to streamline operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the system.
  • Provide training, enforce best practices, and serve as the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into pipeline performance, revenue growth, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Effective communicator with coaching abilities.
