Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Business Unit Head to oversee the management of our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in technology sales and proven leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, including market mapping, lead generation, and forecasting. They will also be expected to manage overall business operations, ensure accountability for accounts receivables, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
  • Identify and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in key account management, team management, and business development. A bachelor's degree in science or an MBA is required, with post-graduation in IT being an added advantage.
