Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven professional to promote our premium hill hotel.

The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi NCR and will be responsible for developing corporate, embassy, and travel trade partnerships to drive room sales and brand visibility.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is self-motivated, professional, and well-networked in the travel and corporate segments.

  • Generate room sales and business leads by visiting corporate offices, travel agencies, and other potential B2B clients.
  • Manage and achieve a monthly sales target in coordination with the management team.
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and presentations to pitch the property and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and travel trade partners.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the Director.
  • Represent the hotel at trade events, expos, and travel networking forums as required.
  • Coordinate closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences for B2B clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep the sales approach relevant and effective.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Well-connected in the Delhi NCR market, especially with corporates, travel agents, and embassies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to travel to Narendra Nagar as needed for site visits and client familiarizations.
