Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive exceptional customer outcomes and support. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent service and support.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A graduate in any field.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Additional proficiency in other Indian languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, or Gujarati is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no errors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.

Employment Details:
