About the Role

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insurance Operations Manager to lead our P&C Insurance Broker Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing a large team of specialists and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 50 to 75 people in a high-pressure business environment while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.">
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow professionally.">
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows.">
  • Utilize analytics and technology to drive innovation within the team.">
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in any stream with relevant years of experience working in US P&C insurance lifecycle.">
  • Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally.">
  • High customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and statistical knowledge are essential.">
  • Project or GB certification in previous experience would be an added advantage.">
