About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Ivy Comptech. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across multiple contact channels.

Job Description:

  • Provide award-winning standard service across all contact channels, maintaining service levels and efficiencies while leveraging our 'Sales through Service' ethos.
  • Improve customer value by maximising conversion and retention opportunities through company marketing initiatives and a sales-driven mentality.
  • Develop expertise in multiple products, with a focus on becoming an expert in at least one area.
  • Stay up-to-date with all marketing initiatives and customer support functions, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
  • Proactively escalate any issues affecting customer experience, promoting first-time resolution and commercial value.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to Senior Customer Advisors, relaying outcomes to customers while maintaining Quality & Assurance scores that meet department KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required, contributing to the success of our team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Contact centre and customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A great attitude and desire to help customers drive success.
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, flexibility, and adaptability are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary and Benefits: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience, with additional benefits including competitive bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
