Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead and manage the execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Project Vision:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
    • Promote a collaborative environment that fosters open communication, creativity, and innovation.
    • Maintain accurate project trackers (e.g., Jira, Asana) to ensure timely delivery and proactive escalation for intervention when necessary.
  • Team Excellence:
    • Foster a results-driven team culture, emphasizing accountability, professional growth, and continuous learning.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
    • Regularly monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust strategies to meet project milestones.
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
  • Client Partnership:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular status updates, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, optimize workflows, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Develop and present business review plans to clients, highlighting project successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
    • Analyze data to inform decision-making, drive discussions on future goals, and align on priorities during reviews.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery and minimizing impact on stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain project timelines.
  • Process Innovation:
    • Implement industry best practices to enhance project management workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Innovate processes to streamline project execution, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/team handling role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple high-impact technical projects on time.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus.
