As a Senior Project Director, you will lead complex projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of travel technology solutions for major clients
  • Develop and implement customized project management approaches
  • Plan and direct project timelines and resources for large-scale initiatives
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements for successful project execution
  • Maintain project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management and adaptation to new systems
  • Evaluate and address project escalations and follow-ups with client support teams and operational departments

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the travel technology industry, with 5-7 years of leadership experience in project management
  • Excellent knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS), travel agency processes, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with Sabre products and services is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Leadership and team coordination skills are essential
