Job Description

Project Director - (Important Project)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional (for Indias Largest Architecture firm) to lead and manage complex government projects of significance.

The role requires exceptional ability to represent the architectural firm before top authorities, including ministries and senior government bodies.

The candidate must possess strong expertise in contractual matters, deep understanding of government agency processes, and proven ability to coordinate between client, site teams, the architects office, and multiple consultants. A thorough grasp of construction processescivil, MEP, faade, interiors, specialized works, and landscapingis essential.

The position demands equal presence between Ahmedabad city and surrounding project sites (50/50). The candidate should be able to calmly and effectively manage site activities, liaise with the PMC, and present to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

This is a leadership role requiring maturity, composure, and technical depth to deliver projects of the highest importance.
