Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the successful execution of complex IT projects.

  • 10+ years of experience and 5+ years in project management required.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, coordination, communication, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and serve as the primary interface for all project matters.
  • Ensure implementation of testing processes as defined in the RFP document.
  • Regularly interface with the client SPOC to align on project scope, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Conduct periodic project review and status meetings with internal teams and the client to provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.
  • Manage and maintain all project-related documentation and communications through official client SPOC channels.
  • Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedures in coordination with client stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues or conflicts, proactively involving client SPOC for collaborative resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved risks/issues to senior management promptly, when required.
  • Deliver all required periodic reports, project plans, schedules, and status documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and client-specific frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
