Job Description:

The role of Business Intelligence Analyst involves championing change and effectively managing the implementation of new ideas.

This individual will proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting data analysis and creating data visualizations to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements, presenting actionable insights derived from data analysis during monthly and quarterly program review sessions, identifying opportunities, trends, and strategies aligned with organizational objectives through data analysis, and providing technology consultation to stakeholders on effective data utilization and tool selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.
  • Present actionable insights derived from data analysis during monthly and quarterly program review sessions.
  • Identify opportunities, trends, and strategies aligned with organizational objectives through data analysis.
  • Provide technology consultation to stakeholders on effective data utilization and tool selection.
  • Champion the implementation of new ideas and manage change related to business intelligence processes.
  • Participate in risk assessment activities to ensure data quality, security, and accuracy.
  • Craft visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex data findings.
  • Utilize T-SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation within databases.
  • Develop and use complex formulas, charts, and graphs in Excel for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize Tableau to create analytics visualizations for data-driven insights.
  • Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the business intelligence field.
