Job Title: Senior Data Insights Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior Data Insights Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to play a key role in shaping our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy to drive business decisions and improve employee experience.
  • Lead the analysis of workforce trends, employee performance, engagement levels, and other key HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement scalable dashboards and reports that deliver real-time data to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convey data-driven insights to a diverse audience.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to driving change.
