Senior Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with over 10 years of expertise in data analytics, database architecture, and business intelligence. This role demands deep technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SSIS, along with a strong understanding of database schema design and data warehouse architecture.

Job Description:

This position plays a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions that drive business performance. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust database schemas to support scalable and efficient data storage and retrieval.

You will develop and optimize data warehouse solutions, including star and snowflake schema models, fact and dimension tables, and ETL pipelines. Additionally, you will build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for robust ETL processes across multiple data sources. You will monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure data quality and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including advanced query optimization, stored procedures, and schema design
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in SSIS for building and managing ETL pipelines
  • Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts, including OLAP vs. OLTP, ETL processes, and data lake vs. data mart vs. warehouse architectures
