**Senior Marketing Analyst Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing analytics department, you will be responsible for turning insights into action.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with data visualization tools. They should be able to extract meaningful metrics from complex datasets and communicate their findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with our lead of marketing analytics to develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that inform marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for training colleagues on the effective use of these tools and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a talent for data storytelling and be able to translate numbers into narratives that drive action. You should also have experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot, as well as strong analytical skills with SQL and spreadsheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, analytics)
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on analytics or BI
  • Proven expertise in BI tools (ideally Power BI), including designing and building dashboards from scratch
  • Experience consolidating marketing data from different platforms to derive insights
  • Talent for data storytelling – translating numbers into narratives that drive action
